Project Manager Business Consultant

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Project Manager Business. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.

• →Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to scope, meeting all objectives.
• →Lead project teams to achieve specific objectives, using the most efficient resources and satisfying all stakeholders.
• →Help define and develop project governance within the Marketing & Communications department, sharing best practices with fellow project managers.
• →Accountable for the realization of one or more projects, including:
• →Setting up the project: agreeing objectives, estimating effort and cost, planning, and staffing or sub-contracting.
• →Monitoring the project: ensuring deliverables meet scope, quality, cost, and deadlines; managing risks; ensuring all objectives and requirements are met.
• →Respecting rules and standards: applying gating principles at all stages; ensuring compliance with enterprise rules, including Compliance, Permanent Control, and Operational Risk.
• →Documenting and reporting: maintaining project documents, publishing progress reports, and preparing for steering committees.
• →Representing the project: participating in steering committees and meetings; ensuring communication between business and stakeholders.
• →Handover: aligning and sharing information with those responsible for ongoing activities after project completion.
• →Functionally manage the assigned project team, leading by example.
• →Actively contribute to improving project governance and sharing know-how with other project managers.

• Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language (Dutch or French).
• Bachelor or Master degree.
• Project Management certifications.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Technical experience (mandatory): project management methods, processes, and tools; experience in the relevant domain(s); experience in Agile environments.
• Technical experience (preferable): Adobe Campaign.
• Business experience (mandatory): managing complex projects in rapidly evolving environments.
• Business experience (preferable): Marketing & Communications projects; experience in the financial industry.
• Soft skills: communicative, strong networking, stakeholder management and negotiation skills; organized, methodical, and rigorous; creative and solution-oriented; team player with motivating and listening abilities; able to make decisions.
• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.
