We are seeking a Senior ICT Business Analyst Consultant to join our team at Keystone Solutions. This position represents a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will play a key role in analyzing the current situation and developing the future IT & Data Target Operating Model. As a consultant, you will translate strategic objectives into a concrete organizational model, governance structure, and service delivery model that aligns with the ambitions of our client and its participating entities.

→Conduct capability and maturity analyses, mapping processes, service delivery, governance, and collaboration models while identifying opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.

→Support the development of governance structures, service delivery models, and organizational models.
