Senior Project Leader

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Leader for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role is pivotal in driving the digital transformation of our client, a federal institution, by bridging strategic ambitions with concrete execution. The consultant will actively transfer AI knowledge to the client's teams, enabling them to become increasingly autonomous in applying AI within their operations.

• →Translate complex organizational issues into clear product questions and actionable roadmaps.
• →Manage and prioritize the product backlog in close collaboration with business and development teams.
• →Identify AI opportunities within the organization and translate them into feasible, impactful initiatives.
• →Actively transfer AI knowledge to internal teams and stakeholders in an accessible and practical manner.
• →Monitor user needs throughout the entire product lifecycle based on qualitative and quantitative research.
• →Manage a diverse stakeholder landscape with varying interests at both operational and strategic levels.
• →Ensure product quality and assist in validating deliverables.
• →Track product performance in production and initiate improvements based on data and user feedback.

• Work from a clear product strategy, focusing on both the big picture and execution details.
• Formulate hypotheses, quickly test them, and adjust based on what works—iterative thinking is key.
• Guide stakeholders through change without imposing it: be patient, diplomatic, and persuasive.
• Communicate clearly about technical and strategic topics, even to non-technical profiles.
• Make independent decisions and take responsibility, even in complex or uncertain situations.
• Work autonomously while also functioning effectively in a team.
