The Sr. Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading procurement and sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing organizational supply and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives: Lead the creation of comprehensive sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals, enhance cost-efficiency, and optimize supplier performance
Supplier relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, monitor supplier performance, ensure contract compliance, and drive cost, quality, and service improvements
Negotiation and contract management: Lead complex negotiations with suppliers, manage commercial contracts, and ensure agreements provide maximum value and risk mitigation
Team leadership and development: Mentor, train, and manage a high-performing sourcing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with departments such as finance, operations, product development, and legal to align sourcing strategies and support business objectives
Market analysis and risk management: Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and perform supplier assessments to anticipate price fluctuations, supply risks, and opportunities for optimization
Budget and performance oversight: Manage departmental budgets, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports on savings, value creation, and overall procurement effectiveness

Basic Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred
Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles with significant leadership experience; experience in global sourcing and multi-category management is highly desirable
Professional certifications: CPSM, CSCP, CPM, or other relevant supply chain management certifications
