Responsibilities
~1 min readYou will be responsible for assisting with daily administrative tasks with new accounts, tax exemptions and address validations.
- →Responsible for assisting with daily administrative tasks associated with new account creation and maintenance, sales tax, accounts payable, and address validations.
- →Provides exceptional service to customers, sales representatives and internal staff
- →Contacts sales representatives to obtain any missing new account details to ensure accurate customer account records
- →Efficiently sets up new accounts, manual accounts, and Sales Reps accounts
- →Professionally handles calls and voicemail
- →Assists with tax certificate requests and preparation of sales tax audit requests as needed
- →Works closely with other departments to ensure smooth processes
- →Interacts with customers, sales reps, and internal associates to resolve discrepancies, answer inquiries, and maintain positive relationships
Requirements
~1 min read- High school diploma or GED or equivalent: some college is preferred.
- General business experience preferred
- Working knowledge of bookkeeping principles
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers supervisors, and managers; in written and verbal form.
- Ability to handle confidential information and use discretion while performing job tasks.
- This position requires computer literacy -- specifically Microsoft Office and excel.
- This position requires the ability to read and write small letters and numbers; the ability to make arithmetic calculations; and the ability to understand written and oral instructions.
- This position requires an individual who is dependable (i.e. reports to work daily, barring any unforeseen circumstances).
- The successful completion of a ninety (90) day orientation period
Monday - Friday, Hours: 8:30am-5pm. This role is onsite.
