Manager or Senior Manager (Valuation and Advisory)

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager or Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As Senior Manager or Manager, you will take a leadership role in managing major projects for our prestigious clients. The ideal candidate will come from a background in consulting and possess extensive experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases of major projects, including handling client relationships, coordinating between advisory teams. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and trackers. Effectively manage project resources, budgets, and timelines. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Ensure clear and timely communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and other external partners. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management. Foster strong client relationships through excellent stakeholder management. Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project management. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, from senior management to project teams. Understand and meet the client's needs and expectations. Manage client expectations and keep them informed of project progress and any challenges. Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively. Coordinate the work of different advisory consortiums, including financial, technical, and legal workstreams. Ensure that all workstreams are aligned and working towards the same goals. Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise between the workstreams. Lead drafting key deliverables for public sector projects, including business cases, financial/VFM models, and project documentation. Ensure that all deliverables are of high quality and meet the requirements of the client and the relevant government authorities. Coordinate with the client and other stakeholders to ensure that all necessary information is collected and submitted in a timely manner. Develop and issue tender documents. Manage the tender process and evaluate bids. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA/CA or relevant advanced degree is advantageous. Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate consulting. Proven track record of success in delivering large and complex projects in Saudi Arabia. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Understanding of regional business culture and regulations. Language: Bilingual Arabic and English. Certifications and Licenses: PMP desired.
