Quick Summary
Create clear visibility into project status, upcoming milestones, decisions, and risks so Creative and its partners understand what is happening, what is needed, and what comes next.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Creative & Content, the Senior Manager, Creative Operations will be the operational backbone of our in-house Creative Team, supporting work across Knix, KT, and MNTD. Sitting at the center of how work moves through the organization, this person will own the intake of incoming briefs, partner closely with the CMO and creative leadership to prioritize work, and translate business priorities into clear workflows, workback schedules, resourcing plans, and actionable timelines. They will manage day-to-day creative operations, guide team members, and help drive the broader go-to-market process by keeping teams aligned around key milestones, dependencies, deadlines, and execution. The ideal candidate is an execution-minded, highly resourceful operator who can manage complexity, solve creatively for capacity, and continually evolve the systems that help the team move faster and deliver strong work to market at the right time and at the right standard.
Creative Brief Intake & Prioritization: Own the intake and management of creative briefs across Knix, KT, and MNTD. Partner closely with the CMO and creative leadership to prioritize work based on business needs, timing, impact, and available resources.
Workflow & Workback Development: Translate incoming briefs into clear project plans, workflows, milestones, owners, dependencies, and workback schedules that guide the Creative Team from kickoff through final delivery.
Go-to-Market Leadership: Help drive the overall GTM process, partnering across Marketing, Creative, eCommerce, Retail, Social, and other cross-functional teams to ensure key deliverables are progressing against launch dates and market needs.
Timeline & Execution Oversight: Maintain visibility across major launches, campaigns, and ongoing initiatives. Identify risks early, resolve dependencies, and keep teams aligned and accountable to the decisions and deadlines required to get work into market successfully.
Budget & Resource Management: Own creative budget tracking and resource planning across Knix, KT, and MNTD, ensuring internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and external partners are deployed thoughtfully against business priorities. Proactively identify capacity or budget constraints and develop solutions that keep work moving while maintaining quality and timelines.
Capacity & Traffic Management: Oversee team workload and bandwidth across multiple concurrent workstreams. Route work effectively and creatively solve for capacity constraints, whether through internal resources, freelancers, external partners, or alternative approaches to execution.
Systems & Process Innovation: Continually assess how the team works and introduce new systems, tools, processes, templates, automation, and ways of working that improve speed, visibility, collaboration, and scalability.
Problem Solving & Resourcefulness: Act as a facilitator of the work rather than a gatekeeper. When challenges arise, identify solutions and alternative paths that allow the organization to keep moving while protecting creative quality and the highest business priorities.
Brief Quality & Readiness: Review cross-functional briefs to ensure objectives, scope, deliverables, audiences, channel requirements, and decision-makers are clear before work begins. Partner with brief owners to close gaps and create clarity without unnecessarily slowing down the work.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Create clear visibility into project status, upcoming milestones, decisions, and risks so Creative and its partners understand what is happening, what is needed, and what comes next.
People Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support direct reports within Creative Operations, managing performance, day-to-day priorities, and professional growth.
