The CEC 811 Digital Officer will be a vital part of our Digital Banking Contact Centre, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The officer will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information and resolving their queries efficiently.
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Accurately assess and understand customer needs and requirements.
- Provide clear and concise information about our products and services, promoting a comprehensive understanding.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner, offering suitable solutions.
- Conduct cross-selling activities, identifying opportunities to upsell and promote additional bank offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data privacy and security.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and efficient issue resolution.
- Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Actively contribute to team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the banking industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Strong active listening skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A positive and professional attitude, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage.
