As an Elite Banker-Inbound, you will be the primary point of contact for a select group of affluent clients. • Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth inbound clients, understanding their financial goals and preferences.

• Cross-sell and up-sell bank products and services, including investments, loans, and insurance.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and transactions.
