  • Monitor and manage the loan portfolio, ensuring timely repayments and addressing any potential risks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as credit analysts and underwriters, to ensure a smooth loan approval process.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Attend industry events and network with potential clients to expand the bank's reach.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic reports on loan performance and client interactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of loan products, credit analysis, and financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and MS Office applications.
