- Identify potential loan opportunities and cross-sell other banking products to existing clients.
- Prepare and present loan proposals, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and evaluate the financial health of prospective borrowers.
- Monitor and manage the loan portfolio, ensuring timely repayments and addressing any potential risks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as credit analysts and underwriters, to ensure a smooth loan approval process.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Attend industry events and network with potential clients to expand the bank's reach.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic reports on loan performance and client interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of loan products, credit analysis, and financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in using banking software and MS Office applications.
- Analytical skills to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards.
