  You will lead a team approximately made up of 6-9 people

  You will allocate work to Preparers and Reviewers

  You will keep teams informed of company developments and VAT issues

  You will make sure to provide excellent quality by reviewing returns and other documents

• →

  You will approve timesheets and holiday requests

• →

  You can organize team events such as cluster days, team days, and huddles

• →

  You will be a performance manager of the team and provide input on promotion decisions and regular feedback on every team member's job

• →

  You will provide continuous updates to management about workflow, resource, and organizational issues within your team

• →

  You can request hiring when needed, participate in interviews, and allocate buddies to team members

                     • You have 3-4 years of experience in VAT Compliance
                     • You have delegation skills and a willingness to share knowledge
within the team
                     • You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
                     • You have good communication and interpersonal skills
                     • You can prioritize and multitask
