This is a full-time internship based in Amsterdam starting in September. It is only open to students currently in full-time education based in The Netherlands.

Responsibilities

→Lead AI Transformation: Act as the primary project owner for identifying and implementing AI solutions within the HR department.
→Process Mapping: Analyze current HR workflows to identify repetitive tasks and opportunities for automation.
→Prototype Development: Design and test AI-driven tools to improve service delivery and employee experience.
→Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the broader team to gather requirements and validate your solutions through user feedback.
→Strategic Reporting: Document your findings and present a final recommendation package for scaling AI across EMEA HR.

Current Student: You are currently enrolled in an HBO or WO degree program (e.g., Business, HR, Data Science, or Digital Transformation).
Analytical Mindset: You possess strong problem-solving capabilities and a structured approach to complex tasks.
Tech-Curious: You have a genuine, demonstrable interest in AI, automation, and digital innovation.
Proactive Communicator: You are comfortable working independently and can present technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management: Previous experience or coursework related to project planning and execution.
International Mindset: Comfort working in a diverse, English-speaking professional environment.
