You will own every piece of creative that drives Breakout’s paid acquisition - across every channel, every format, and every market we run in.
Reporting directly to the VP of Growth, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Performance Marketing Lead, you will produce, iterate, and scale creative across video, static, and motion for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, Reddit, programmatic, CTV, and anywhere else we can find our audience.
This is a full-stack creative role. One day you are cutting a punchy 15-second TikTok using Veo 3 and Runway. The next you are designing a static Meta campaign in 12 localisations. The day after, you are building a motion-heavy YouTube pre-roll from scratch in After Effects. You set the bar for what Breakout’s performance creative looks, sounds, and feels like.
We are looking for someone who is both hands-dirty and strategically sharp. Someone fluent in the Adobe suite, already working with the latest AI creative tools, and who treats creative as a performance lever - not a brand exercise. You care about CTRs and CPAs as much as you care about craft.
This is a pure individual contributor role - not a manager role. You are here to make the work, not to direct others doing it. And you are not doing it in isolation. Alongside working directly within the Breakout growth team, you will also work directly with Payward’s (Kraken’s) performance marketing team - one of the leading paid acquisition operations in crypto. You will trade frameworks, channel learnings, and live test results back and forth, lean on their data and platform relationships where they accelerate what you are doing at Breakout, and share back the insights that can help the wider group. Your wins compound across Kraken’s brands, and theirs compound back to yours.
Own end-to-end creative production for every performance marketing channel Breakout runs - video, static, motion, carousel, display, CTV, everything.
Develop, edit, and produce 30+ performance marketing creatives per month, tailored to platform, audience, and market. Velocity matters as much as quality.
Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Brand, Content, and regional teams to turn ideas and tests into shipped assets fast.
Work directly with Payward’s (Kraken’s) performance marketing team to trade creative insights, learn from the tests that have worked across their brands, and share the AI-native workflows you build at Breakout. One of the largest paid acquisition programs in crypto is on the other end of Slack, and you will use it.
Leverage AI creative tools (Veo 3, Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Sora, ElevenLabs, and whatever ships next) as a core part of your workflow, not a novelty.
Design static and motion ad creatives that perform - Meta carousels, TikTok hooks, Reddit static units, YouTube pre-roll, display banners, CTV spots, and anything the channel mix demands.
Build scalable templates, style systems, and localisation workflows so we produce more, faster, in more markets, without losing consistency.
Partner with Performance Marketing and Analytics to run creative A/B tests and iterate based on performance data. Your job is making ads that work.
Maintain brand consistency across every asset, channel, and region - while flexing format and tone for the platform.
Stay ahead on AI creative advancements, generative tools, emerging ad formats, and platform-native creative trends. Bring ideas. Try them. Share what works.
Be scrappy and resourceful. We would rather ship ten rough tests and learn than polish one hero asset for a month.
