To make Krispy Kreme’s in-shop experience even sweeter, many shops across the globe feature the brands one-of-a-kind doughnut theatre, an immersive, interactive experience through which guests can see Krispy Kreme’s melt-in-your-mouth doughnuts being made right before their eyes.
Responsibilities

- →Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Market Sales Managers to deliver territory and national sales objectives.
- →Set clear, measurable objectives aligned to company priorities, customer plans, and commercial targets.
- →Translate strategy into actionable field plans and ensure consistent execution across all territories.
- →Conduct regular field visits, ride-alongs, and performance reviews to assess execution quality and capability.
- →Hold the team accountable for results through structured follow-ups, KPIs, and performance tracking.
Coaching & Capability Development
- →Coach, train, and develop Market Sales Managers improve selling skills, negotiation capability, and execution excellence.
- →Identify capability gaps and create targeted development plans for individuals and the wider team.
- →Build a high-performance culture focused on ownership, discipline, and continuous improvement.
- →Support onboarding and ramp-up of new hires to ensure rapid effectiveness in role.
Territory & Sales Growth
- →Drive sales growth through improved distribution, visibility, compliance, and activation within assigned territories.
- →Ensure effective territory planning, call coverage, and prioritisation of outlets to maximise return on time and investment.
- →Monitor territory performance and implement corrective actions where execution or results fall short.
- →Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure field execution aligns with broader commercial plans.
Execution Excellence & Reporting
- →Ensure consistent execution of national initiatives, promotions, and brand standards in the field.
- →Use data, reporting tools, and CRM systems to track performance, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making.
- →Provide clear, timely performance updates, insights, and recommendations to senior sales leadership.
- →Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and ways of working.
- Proven experience managing and developing a large field sales team (10+ direct reports).
- Strong track record of driving sales performance through others rather than personal selling.
- Excellent coaching, feedback, and performance management skills.
- Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline and attention to execution detail.
- Confident using sales data, KPIs, and reporting tools to manage performance.
- FMCG, retail, or route-to-market experience.
- Experience working in fast-paced, execution-led environments.
- Exposure to territory optimisation and field force effectiveness models.
- Achievement of territory and regional sales targets
- Distribution growth and quality of execution in store
- Field KPI performance (coverage, compliance, call quality)
