The Human Resources Manager oversees all human resources operations for the assigned campus, ensuring effective implementation of Human Resources strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives and promote a positive work environment. This role provides leadership to the HR team while serving as a key partner to employees and management, offering guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, compliance, and organizational development. The position drives consistency in HR practices, supports leadership development initiatives, and collaborates with other HR Managers across campuses to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Administer HR policies and programs across the assigned campus, including employee relations, development, disciplinary actions, and separations
- Supervise HR team members, including hiring, training, assigning work, performance management, and resolving issues
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, acting as a liaison between employees and management
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies
- Develop, implement, and administer HR policies and procedures
- Communicate policies through handbooks, KDoC documents, and organizational communication methods
- Support campus responsibilities related to regulatory and community compliance
- Participate in business planning to align human resources with organizational goals
- Support headcount planning and manpower alignment for the assigned campus
- Mentor leaders in applying HR policies and managing workforce needs
- Support leadership development through training and facilitation of programs
- Promote employee development and engagement initiatives
- Provide guidance to leaders in managing team performance and professional growth
- Partner with other HR Managers to ensure consistency and alignment across campuses
- Support cross-functional initiatives and organizational priorities
- Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned
Requirements

- Ability to analyze, solve problems and make sound decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with little to no oversight.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in delivering training at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, understanding the unique challenges and requirements of this sector.
- Professional certifications in human resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
- College degree
