Head of finance business partnering (Tech stream)

FP&A is a passionate, dynamic and bold team that provides management with the financial analysis, they need to consider economic and business decisions, and supports management reporting and forecasting processes in Kyivstar.

 

• Lead the budgeting and analytics process for Technical and IT streams and entities : challenge budget requests for consistency and reasonability based on driver analysis, preparing presentation materials for HQ as well as presenting them

• Lead the budget control process for Technical and IT functions Company: preparing requirements for process automatization

• Lead Investment Committee materials preparation

•Provide support to Technical and IT functions  on finance related issues. Managing cross-functional relations to achieve company's goals

• Development and performance analysis of investment projects. Supervising projects calculations, estimate project relevance to company’s strategy

• Leading the team of 5+ 

 

• Master’s degree in finance;

• 5+ years’ experience and deep knowledge in financial and investment analysis, financial models, business plans and other investment documents;

• Practical experience in preparing presentation materials for company’s management and HQ;

• 3+ years’ experience in team management (5+ members);

• Experienced in negotiations with clients, financial institutions, internal users and HQ representatives.

• Extensive practical experience of preparing budgets, presentations for customers and financial institutions as well as for company's management.
