Cleaner

As a member of our cleaning team, you will:

• →Carry out daily cleaning tasks to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout all areas of Labman’s HQ, including offices, communal spaces, toilets, and kitchens.
• →Ensure all cleaning duties are completed efficiently and in accordance with established health and safety guidelines.
• →Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls as needed.
• →Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment, following company procedures at all times.
• →Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or damage to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• →Support the wider facilities team when required, contributing to a welcoming and safe environment for staff and visitors.
• →Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities as required for audits and compliance.
• →Confidentiality must be upheld at all times to protect sensitive information, reflecting Labman’s commitment to professionalism and trustworthiness.

• Previous experience in cleaning or facilities roles, ideally within office or commercial settings.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to follow health and safety procedures and company cleaning guidelines effectively.
• Good time management skills to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills for reporting issues and working with colleagues across the business.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and support the wider facilities team when required.
• Trustworthy and responsible when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
