We are looking for dependable and motivated Production / Assembly Team Members to join our team. This position is responsible for assembling products, operating basic equipment, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications

Operate basic production tools and equipment

Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy

Follow safety procedures and company policies

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Meet production and quality standards

Package and prepare completed products for shipment

Communicate production or quality issues to supervisors

Work effectively as part of a team

Requirements

Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Good attention to detail
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Ability to lift and move materials as required
Commitment to workplace safety and quality
