Requires a California license as LCSW, MFT or Licensed Clinical Psychologist with two years post-license experience.
Experience and expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of persistent mental illness.
Expertise in supervising, training, and evaluating staff. Minimum of 2 years of supervision or clinical consultation experience.
Ability to work as part of a comprehensive community mental health team, to foster a positive team of professionals and to foster a positive work environment.
Ability to work across cultures and demonstrate support of diversity, equity and inclusion.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Familiar with community support systems, health care, social service resources, court, CPS, and police systems and able to represent the agency in the community.
Knowledge of and ability to adhere to the professional code of ethics and the state mental health code.
Experience working with the Latino community. Ability to uphold and value cultural humility when working with diverse communities.
Knowledge of Medi-Cal, Quality Assurance and Federal, State and County compliance standards.
Spanish/English fluency required

Salary: $121,172.27 - $140,521.88 per year
