Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum 15 years of experience as a QS / Cost Administrator / Contracts Engineer
- Extensive background in cost control and cost management — VO evaluations, negotiations, and approvals
- Experienced in managing cost claims for EOT (Extension of Time), prolongation, disruption, and additional costs
- Strong contract administration skills in line with FIDIC or equivalent contract frameworks
- Immediate joiners with a valid QID only will be considered.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (BS QS) or Civil Engineering
- MRICS or equivalent professional membership preferred
