Associate Product Developer (Banking Focus)

Our client is seeking dynamic, product-focused young professionals with a passion for innovation and banking transformation. The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker with strong business acumen, eager to contribute to new product design, market research, and digital banking initiatives.

• Support the design, development, and enhancement of retail and digital banking products.

• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, operations, and technology) to ensure smooth product launches.

• Contribute ideas and insights for new customer-centric financial products and services.

• Analyze customer behavior, performance metrics, and market data to support product decisions.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for product performance reviews and strategic discussions.

• Assist product managers and strategy teams in preparing product documentation, RFPs, and business cases.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with business goals.

• Participate in brainstorming and design-thinking sessions to support innovation initiatives.

• Bachelors or Masters degree from IBA, LUMS, or a recognized business school.
