Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced Motor Insurance Professional with strong expertise in Product Development and customer operations. The ideal candidate will manage motor insurance policies, drive product innovation, and ensure regulatory compliance.

️ Job Responsibilities:

* Manage Motor Insurance policies: quotations, issuance, and renewals

* Conduct Risk Assessments and policy reviews

* Resolve client queries and ensure top-tier customer service

* Develop and launch new insurance products

* Conduct market and competitor analysis to shape offerings

* Assess product-related risk and manage development cycle

* Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policies

* Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and optimize processes

Requirements:

* 2+ years of Motor Insurance experience

* Strong command of insurance policies and procedures

* Bilingual Arabic and English proficiency required

* Excellent communication and client service skills

* Demonstrated Product Development capabilities
