This role is about getting the fundamentals right: creating consistency, building capability, raising standards and ensuring every attraction delivers an exceptional LEGO experience for families. By doing so, you will help create the platform for sustainable future growth.

For the right leader, this is a rare opportunity to leave a lasting legacy on a business that combines global scale, beloved consumer experiences and the power of one of the world's most loved brands.

  • Lead the operational performance of 29 LEGO and LEGOLAND Discovery Centres across multiple regions through four regional directors, 29 Head of LEGO and LEGOLAND Discovery Centres and 1000+ staff members.

  • Operational Excellence & Standardisation

  • Drive greater consistency in how attractions are operated.

  • Embed scalable processes, tools and ways of working that improve efficiency and support long-term success.

  • Partner closely with the LEGO Location Based Leadership team to shape the future strategy, operating model and business priorities.

  • Lead the culture change, embedding the LEGO values and leadership behaviors across the newly acquired sites.

  • Lead key operational improvement initiatives

  • Degree in hospitality or tourism

  • Experience in a similar role running attractions/theme parks or multi site operations location in leisure/tourism industry

  • International experience in a senior leadership role

  • Experience in attraction and theme park operations management in senior leadership team roles preferably working for well known global brands. (Or in similar industries such as  hospitality/hotels, fitness and cruise ships etc.)

  • Global multi-site leadership

  • Strong financial mindset (not just revenue growth)

  • Guest/ Customer experience obsession

  • Operational standardization + flexibility

  • Ability to manage complexity across cultures and regions

  • Transformation experience (not just steady-state ops)

  • Highly flexible and adaptable with a positive mindset

  • Experienced team leader of senior leaders (direct reports) and influencing senior leaders within the LEGO Group (Peers)

  • It would be desirable to have experience in Midway attractions and the ability to work cross functionally within LLBE team and the wider LEGO Group organization

The role is based in Billund or Copenhagen with global travel.
