Technical Writer Supporter

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Uploading new documents to the system, modifying existing training materials
• Support for the introduction of the new training administration system, Champ
• Managing modules in the Champ system, setting authorizations, keeping document versions up-to-date
• Placing and updating the training materials in regional folders
• Global materials, translation and interpretation of manuals if necessary
• Collaboration with local and global technical writers, information sharing
• Active participation in training activities
