Responsibilities

→Manage and improve internal logistics processes from warehouse storage through production line replenishment.
→Develop and implement bi-weekly logistics best practices to drive operational excellence.
→Analyze and optimize warehouse, staging, and production support areas to improve material flow and space utilization.
→Lead continuous improvement initiatives for inbound and outbound logistics routes to reduce transportation waste and increase efficiency.
→Identify and implement process improvements that support lean manufacturing principles.

→Ensure stable and uninterrupted material supply to production lines.
→Monitor supply processes and implement corrective actions to prevent shortages and production disruptions.

→Develop and implement packaging improvements for both locally sourced and imported parts.
→Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to reduce packaging-related damage, waste, and transportation inefficiencies.

→Manage truck scheduling and dock operations to support efficient inbound and outbound transportation activities.
→Coordinate logistics activities to maximize operational efficiency and minimize delays.
