Serve as the primary lead for retail media initiatives, working cross-functionally with Retail Ads, LG Ads, DxP, LGEUS Marketing, NAC&S, and HQ teams.

Manage and align multiple workstreams, including campaign operations, marketing strategy, execution, and post-campaign performance measurement.

Oversee the integration and utilization of diverse ad inventory sources and data streams to ensure accurate targeting, execution, and reporting.

Develop and implement retail media strategies that align with broader marketing and business objectives.

Support and incorporate in-store marketing initiatives into broader media strategies where applicable.

Build scalable frameworks that can be extended to additional non-traditional retail partners.

Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights to continuously improve ROI and effectiveness.

Act as a senior strategic advisor, bringing a director-level perspective to complex retail media challenges and opportunities.

8–12+ years of experience in retail media, digital advertising, or related fields, with demonstrated leadership at the director level.

Proven experience working with major retail partners, preferably national or similar large-scale retailers.

Strong understanding of retail media networks, ad operations, data integration, and performance measurement.

Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive alignment across multiple teams.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Experience with CTV plus in-store marketing activities integration is a plus.
