What We Offer

✓Conduct cost/benefit analysis and/or break-even analysis for various assignments by Financial Planning Team leader to identify improvement opportunities.

✓Build new/improving existing accounting processes to ensure data integrity and efficient analyses.

✓Provide financial analysis to prioritize and lead cost reduction efforts.

✓Provide analytical support for staffing optimization initiatives.

✓Create financial and cost models from scratch to complete sound recommendations.

✓Source, analyze, and report quantitative data; perform ad hoc analysis.

✓Analyze trends, formulating projections, and evaluating savings initiatives.

✓Develop monthly/quarterly financial reporting (actual and forecast) and annual budgeting.

✓Provide fact-based insights into variances and trends.

✓Educating, communicating, and partnering with site leadership.

✓Work with functional leaders and other finance functions to build scalable financial processes and metrics.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance.
Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics or data management using an ERP system (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including skills in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, tables, and trend analysis.
Korean & English fluency is required.

Recruiting Range

$75,000—$95,000 USD
