Who We’re Looking For

  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and safety-first mindset required.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts and travel as needed.


What You’ll Do

As a Crusher Laborer, you’ll be an essential part of our aggregate team. This is hands-on work with room to grow, where no two days are the same. Your role will include:

  • Keeping equipment and work areas clean and running smoothly
  • Assisting with plant maintenance (oiling, greasing, belt repair, screen changes, etc.)
  • Operating skid steers and other heavy equipment safely
  • Using hand tools for general maintenance
  • Supporting operators and skilled crew members when needed
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free worksite


What It Takes Physically

  • Lift 50-75 lbs regularly
  • Work in outdoor conditions — sun, rain, wind, and everything Montana throws at us
  • Stand, climb, bend, kneel, and work on uneven ground
