At Life Without Barriers, we’re all about creating safe, supportive environments where children and young people can thrive. Every day, we work closely with families, carers, and communities to help shape brighter futures.

From supporting children and families to empowering people with disability, mental health, or those seeking refuge — we’re here to break down barriers and build better lives.

As Manager Casework for our NSW Southern region, you will be responsible for mentoring, coaching, and supporting LWB team members to achieve positive outcomes for children, young people, and families in both our Intensive Therapeutic Care and Family Based Care programs.

The role involves ensuring high-quality, evidence-based services, promoting respectful casework, and providing guidance, training, and development to employees. This is a hybrid position with flexible working arrangements. The successful candidate will need to be based in Wollongong as travel across the Southern region will be required. A tool of trade vehicle will be provided.
