Provide mentorship and guidance to team members by promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and collaboration. Functional Accountability: Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective system solutions and configurations. Provide guidance on system capabilities, optimization opportunities, and best practices. Collaborate with vendors on solution design, estimation, planning, and implementation of system changes. Support testing, validation, and deployment of system enhancements and releases. Manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Adapt quickly to changing business priorities, requirements, and technologies. Support Accountability: Provide ongoing application support to ensure system stability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align expectations and support effective solution delivery. Participate in release management, regression testing, and vendor coordination activities. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, best practices, and operational processes across HR technology solutions. Partner with peers to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, collaboration, and overall user experience across HR systems.   What You'll Bring: 5+ years of experience supporting HR technology or enterprise SaaS applications, including Dayforce. Strong experience in HRIS configuration, administration, integrations, and system upgrades. Hands-on experience with data flows, vendor connectors, testing, and deployments. Experience with BI reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI) and HR data support. Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, security, and compliance. Experience with HR service delivery or ticketing platforms. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with tools such as Dayforce (required), Dovetail, Microsoft BI, and PowerApps is an asset. HRIS or SaaS certifications are considered an asset. Curiosity and interest in emerging technologies, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions within HR operations. A collaborative mindset with the ability to share knowledge, guide stakeholders, and contribute to continuous team learning and improvement. Why Join Us?
