We're looking for a kick-ass Performance Marketing Creative Strategist to turn our paid social creative into an acquisition engine that reliably scales and fuels our next-phase growth plan. We’re on an aggressive scale-up trajectory and our paid social performance must be predictable, efficient and investor-grade. This is not "account manager" work, your job is to own the creative strategy behind performance: uncover winning angles, design structured creative experiments, decode the data and turn learnings into creative ads that scale. Partnering closely with media buyers, videographers, designers and UGC creators, you’ll shape what we test on Meta and help expand learnings into TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest. Your superpowers: sharp customer insights, structured testing and creative direction that consistently produces new scalable acquisition concepts.
- Build and run a structured creative testing engine that consistently uncovers scalable ad concepts, reduces creative-to-winner time and turns learnings into a clear, repeatable playbook.
- Define and validate clear acquisition propositions and creative angles that attract high-quality customers, optimising for AOV, repeat rate and LTV (not just cheap conversions).
- Strongly contribute to improving ROAS and CAC while scaling monthly ad spend through stronger and more effective creative performance.
- Own the creative acquisition strategy for Meta: identify scalable angles, shape campaigns and testing structures with media buyers/agencies and understand when to move concepts from exploration to scale.
- Design and run structured creative testing frameworks: hypothesis → creative concept → test plan → success metrics → scale/kill decision. Use insights to continuously improve creative performance and acquisition efficiency.
- Lead creative strategy & production: develop hooks, messaging and ad concepts, brief rapid creative production, manage creator/influencer inputs and run multi-variant creative testing and fatigue management in the account. Creative quality drives performance and you’ll prove it.
- Translate data into creative decisions: analyse performance data, cohorts, funnel conversion rates, creative-level metrics and experiment results to identify what resonates with customers and why.
- Build scalable creative systems: develop workflows, testing libraries and AI-supported processes that reduce creative-to-winner time and enable faster iteration at scale.
- Stay ahead of platform and creative trends: anticipate shifts in formats, creator behaviour, consumer attention and platform changes to keep acquisition creative effective and scalable.
