Adult Locum Team Manager - Community Team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Adult Locum Team Manager for its client's Community Team located at Trafford.

• →Engaging and supporting the strategic planning of the neighbourhood services.
• →Collaborating with commissioning colleagues, partner agencies, and third sector organisations to provide effective models of support and seamless assessments for the individuals we are working with.
• →Ensuring high quality assessments and support plans are provided to adults with eligible needs who may be at risk and/ or living with complex needs, and their families in Trafford; ensuring that appropriate protection plans are implemented in a safe and timely manner.
• →Taking a lead role in supporting and responding on complex safeguarding cases.

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
• 2+ year's experience as an ATM/TM
