• →Deliver high-quality, person-centered social work that empowers adults with care and support needs.
• →Champion the principles of the Care Act 2014 using a strengths-based approach.
• →Collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to create tailored support plans.
• →Uphold statutory responsibilities while promoting independence and wellbeing.

• A qualified Social Worker (BSc/MA in Social Work, Dip SW/HE or CQSW)
• Registered with Social Work England
• Good understanding of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, Mental Health Act, and DoLS
• A commitment to inclusion, equity, and culturally responsive practice
