Occupational Therapist – Adult Social Care

Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our client's Adult Social Care team in Somerset. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives by supporting them in their own homes and helping them achieve independence.

You will be part of a supportive, multi-disciplinary team, working closely with health professionals, social care services, and voluntary agencies.

• →Relevant multi-disciplinary Social Care experience within a team environment
• →Evidence of partnership working with agencies such as Social Care, Health Services, Voluntary Agencies, or Education
• →Knowledge of Social Care practice aligned with HCPC Guidelines, legislation, and client needs
• →Strong IT skills for effective data input, manipulation, and retrieval

• Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
• HCPC Registration
• Willingness to pursue further qualifications

• Experience working with health professionals
• Varied experience with client groups
• Supervisory experience
• Previous collaboration with health professionals

• Empathy, sensitivity, and self-awareness
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing deadlines
• Resilience and self-reliance in challenging situations
• Adaptability to organisational change
