Occupational Therapist – Aids & Adaptations

Liquid Personnel is looking for a fully qualified Occupational Therapist to join its clients Adult Social Care team in Wolverhampton. This role focuses on delivering high-quality assessments and interventions to support independence and safety at home.

• →Complete aids and adaptations assessments for service users.
• →Develop and implement plans for major adaptations in line with statutory requirements.
• →Prescribe and recommend major adaptations to meet individual needs.
• →Work collaboratively with housing teams, contractors, and other professionals to ensure timely delivery of adaptations

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven experience in aids and adaptations within social care.
• Essential experience in planning and prescribing major adaptations.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
