Registered Manager - Children's Residential Care

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Registered Manager on behalf of its client’s Children’s Residential Care team in Cumbria. This is a unique opportunity to lead a solo children’s home, providing 2:1 trauma-informed care to one child at a time. Your experience and leadership will be instrumental in creating a safe, nurturing environment where meaningful change happens.

• →Oversee the operation of a solo occupancy home, creating safe, nurturing environments for children with complex needs.
• →Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated care team committed to delivering exceptional outcomes.
• →Ensure home meets and exceeds regulatory standards, including Ofsted expectations.
• →Collaborate with external professionals to support each child’s individual journey.
• →Embed therapeutic practices and a culture of stability, safety, and high standards from day one.
