Are you an experienced and qualified Registered Manager with a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and a passion for leading high-quality care for children and young people? If so, our client - a respected organisation in children’s residential care - is seeking a confident and capable leader to manage one of their homes in Coalville.

Responsibilities

  • Structured Pay Progression: Pay increases occur twice yearly (March & October), based on performance and clear targets set in PDPs and appraisals.
  • Probation Completion Bonus: Receive your increment at the next available cycle (March or October) upon successful probation.
  • Annual Bonuses: Includes appraisal, probation, and Ofsted-related bonuses.

To be successful in this role you must have, 

  • Full UK Driving Licence: Candidates must be confident driving in various conditions, including motorways and nighttime.
  • Qualified Staff Only: Proof of qualification is required before interview.
  • Clean Enhanced DBS: Mandatory for all applicants.
  • Experience & Knowledge: Candidates should demonstrate strong understanding of Ofsted regulations & inspections, supervisions & whistleblowing, safeguarding practices, and leadership in residential care for children & young people.
