Social Worker - Adult Mental Health

Liquid Personnel is seeking Adult Social Workers to join its client's Adult Mental Health team based in Manchester.

In this role, you will 

• →Undertake Care Act assessments and arrange care packages, monitoring their effectiveness.
• →Support individuals with mental health needs to remain well in the community.
• →Work within a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) to assess and manage risk alongside health professionals.
• →Record casework and progress using the Paris system.
• →Use Mosaic for purchasing care packages and managing safeguarding processes.

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
