Social Worker - Mental Health

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Mental Health team, based in Calderdale.

What will your responsibilities be? 

• Carry out timely mental health assessments, including risk assessments, safeguarding enquiries, and strengths‑based care planning in line with the Mental Health Act and Care Act.
• Manage a complex caseload, providing ongoing support, crisis intervention, and coordinated multi‑agency work to promote recovery, safety, and wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively with clinical teams, housing, voluntary services, and families to ensure individuals receive holistic, person‑centred support and smooth transitions between services.

Qualifications and Experience: 

To be successful in this role you must have;  

• Social Work England registration 
• Eligible to work in the UK 
• Hold a full UK driving licence 
• Post-qualified experience 
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
