Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting an experienced Social Worker on behalf of its client to join the Care Management Team based on the beautiful Isle of Man.

Responsibilities

→Undertake assessments, care planning, and reviews in line with statutory requirements.
→Work collaboratively with service users, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
→Manage a caseload of complex cases with a person-centred approach.
→Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you must have,

Social Work England registration (SW registered).
Recent UK experience in a similar role.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures.
