Following a recent inspection by the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills (Ofsted), our client’s Children’s Social Care Services (CSC) are embarking on an exciting improvement journey - and they would love for you to be part of it.

Responsibilities

As a Child Protection/Child in Need Social Worker you will also be responsible for carrying duty, assessment and the case up to the initial first court hearing and removal via ICO, after these cases will be transferred over to the looked after Children’s Team.

Requirements

  • Hold a Social Work England registration.
  • Be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Social Work Qualification, degree or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a social worker within children’s services.
