Social Worker- Learning Disabilities - Lewisham

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a Learning Disabilities Team based in Lewisham.

• Experienced social worker for the AWLD Transition service which is an 18-25 team based in adult social care.
• Social needs experience of working with vulnerable adults, must have experience of working with Young Person with a leaning disability, autism, physical disability

To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
