Social Worker - Mental Health

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join our client’s dedicated Mental Health Team based in Bromley to provide high-quality, person-centred social work support to adults experiencing severe and complex mental health difficulties. The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery, independence, and wellbeing, while ensuring legal and safeguarding responsibilities are met.

• →Undertake holistic assessments under the Care Act 2014 and Mental Health Act 1983 (as amended).
• →Develop and review care and support plans in collaboration with service users, carers, and professionals.
• →Lead or contribute to safeguarding enquiries and risk assessments.
• →Work closely with psychiatrists, nurses, occupational therapists, housing officers, and voluntary sector partners.
• →Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to discharge planning and crisis intervention.
• →Ensure appropriate interventions are in place to protect vulnerable adults.

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
