→Experience of managing high risk and complex young people.
→In depth knowledge of child development and adolescence, social, emotional and mental health needs.
→Demonstrable awareness of risk factors associated with offending, exploitation, poverty and disadvantage.
→Experience of managing high risk and complex young people.

Social Work England registration and a degree in social work
1+ years post-ASYE experience in safeguarding, child protection, looked after children, youth justice
Confident communicator with strong legal and policy knowledge
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
