Liquid Personnel is recruiting for a team manager within a well established Stroud based Charity in Stroud.

Responsibilities

→Service: Early Help Service
→Focus: Delivering early intervention support rather than long-term social work
→Contract Length: Initial 3-month contract
→Extension: Contract may be extended
→Management Responsibility: Managing 3 remote Social Workers
→Management Responsibility: Managing 3 Support Workers
→Total Staff Managed: 6 staff members (3 Social Workers and 3 Support Workers)
→Working Pattern: Required to be on-site 4 days per week
→Nature of Role: Team Manager position within an Early Help/Early Intervention service
→Location: Stroud-based charity
→Working Style: Combination of on-site management and supervision of remote staff members

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have;

→Social Work England registration
→Eligible to work in the UK
→Hold a full UK driving licence
→Post-qualified experience
→Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
