Our client is looking for a skilled and compassionate Young People’s Substance Use Worker, to work within a highly respected social justice and harm reduction charity based in Oxfordshire.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage a diverse caseload of young people aged 8–25, delivering support across community settings and family/children’s centres.
- →Maintain a well‑structured diary, incorporating travel time, visit planning, and case management tasks.
- →Use digital systems confidently while working remotely and without regular in‑office support.
- →Record and manage travel time accurately within diary.
- →Conduct risk‑managed, trauma‑informed interventions tailored to each young person’s needs.
- →Lead “walk and talk” sessions, with expenses claimable (up to £5 for the worker per session).
