Ward Manager – Charity Organisation

Liquid Personnel is looking for a passionate and experienced Ward Manager to lead our client's Charity Organisation based in York. 
This is a brilliant opportunity for an RMN or RNLD with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

In this role, you will,

• →Provide clinical and operational leadership across the ward
• →Act as a role model for evidence-based, person-centred care
• →Lead on admission and discharge planning with multidisciplinary teams
• →Manage staffing, training, and development
• →Ensure safeguarding and risk management protocols are followed
• →Promote a culture of learning, reflection, and continuous improvement

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• RMN or RNLD qualification with current NMC registration
• Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act
• Proven experience managing a ward or large team
• Ability to lead, inspire, and communicate effectively
• Mentorship in Practice (MIP) qualification or willingness to undertake
• Enhanced DBS clearance
