SENIOR GERMAN-SPEAKING CONSULTANT SAP S/4HANA EWM

You will be part of the SAP team in Lithuania, consisting of approximately 20 consultants, and integrated into the larger SAP DACH organization with around 180 consultants. This role is central to delivering innovative SAP S/4HANA solutions, primarily for clients in the manufacturing and automotive industries.

You will build the SAP consulting team in Lithuania, design and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions mainly for the manufacturing and Automotive industry: 

• You design and optimize warehouse management processes in demanding interface projects and transformations for major customers in the automotive and manufacturing industry. 

• You are responsible for the planning, implementation and documentation of customer requirements and support our customers in finding solutions using best practice methods. 

• You design and implement SAP warehouse management (eWM) and logistics solutions using the SAP application stack. 

• You develop functional concepts and development specifications, coordinate test activities and support the expansion of our best practice industry solutions and are responsible for conducting customer workshops and training courses. 

You will be seamlessly embedded in the SAP DACH organization with 4 competence centers and their experienced and collaborative consultants. You will report to the team Lead for SAP Lithuania, which belongs functionally to the portfolio “SAP Transformation” and work in close alignment with the SAP consulting organization.

  Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer S/4HANA on Premise and Cloud implementation projects 

• →

  Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SME, and a network of professional organizations or affiliations 

• →

  Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture

  Define and estimate total effort for functional team within the area of expertise 

• →

  Manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives and budget 

• →

  Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with clients

  Plan and personalize the customer journey while maintaining global scalability and consistency

  Ensure in time and quality delivery, revenue consumption, and profitability management

  Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems

  Close cooperation with the SAP Consulting Teams of the region, developing new ideas as well as their distribution, independent search for new opportunities.  

• Completed degree in business administration, economics, or computer science or a comparable degree program with a professional focus on finance or logistics 

• Fluent English and German skills. 

• You are familiar with the SAP product portfolio and have successfully applied SAP Best Practice solutions and the Activate Methodology 

• 7+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA, specializing in both EWM and WM, with a background in Inventory Management (IM) and Stock Room Management being advantageous. Preferably 4-6 end to end full life cycle SAP EWM Module implementations with team leading experience. 

• Must have experience with SAP S/4HANA System Conversion and Fiori apps 

• Must know processes and configurations in setting up warehouse structure, process-oriented storage control, layout-oriented storage control, VAS, ERP-EWM connectivity configurations, and data distribution models setup 

• Integration Knowledge and experience with SAP TMS, MM, SD, and PP will be preferred 

• Must have experience in writing functional specifications for WRICEF 

• Thorough understanding of the multiple SAP modules and the ability to research & apply business best practices 

• Experience designing and improving business process and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience 

• You have technical experience with SAP frameworks and architectures as well as SAP certificates 

• You have experience with hybrid/distributed architectures (on-prem vs. cloud), especially optimizing application landscapes 

• High customer orientation, service attitude, and business acumen 

• Proven communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills 

• Strong writing, mentoring, decision making, and meeting facilitation skills 

• Ability to coach/mentor younger colleagues into delivering quality projects and consulting services 

• We expect travel readiness and communication skills with different stakeholders 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivating and be able to plan your own work. 

• Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
