About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for an experienced Solution Consultant (ServiceNow) to support the design and implementation of process improvements and ServiceNow-based solutions. In this role, you will work closely with process owners, project sponsors, and client stakeholders to analyze current processes, define requirements, and align solutions with ServiceNow best practices. You will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable solutions and ensuring successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
~1 min readStrong experience in designing and implementing business processes on the ServiceNow platform
Solid understanding of ServiceNow products and capabilities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions
Proven ability to analyze, model, and improve business processes
Experience in business process consulting (5+ years preferred)
Proven experience in leading ServiceNow implementation or improvement projects
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile environments
Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
Nice to Have
