About the Role
~1 min readWe’re looking for a Technical Consultant who plays an active role in sprint delivery by configuring the ServiceNow platform, while also fostering knowledge sharing and promoting best practices among platform administrators. This role contributes valuable technical insight during workshops and collaborates closely with stakeholders to shape, refine, and advance user stories from concept to implementation.

Requirements

Proven experience delivering implementations on the ServiceNow platform
Proven ability to lead discussions on implementation approaches and options
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its components and APIs
Proven ability to apply and implement technical best practices effectively
Ability to clearly communicate the long-term impact of technical implementation decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
Nice to Have

ServiceNow Product Implementation experience or certifications
ITIL Foundation certification
Familiarity with NowCreate methodology
German language skills are a strong advantage.
